Steven M. Harris is a seasoned A/V Broadcast Systems Engineer with over 15 years of experience in maintaining, operating, designing, and training individuals in complex media production systems. His career spans high-profile institutions including Prince William County Government & NASA where he served as a Broadcast Systems Engineer and Consultant supporting live broadcasts, ISSO of the NASATV system security plan, and post-productions operations.
He has also led technical operations for other government entities and managed broadcast systems for large corporate and nonprofit organizations, live concerts and studio productions.
Steven's efforts include engineering for projects that obtained national recognition and awards including:
Grammy nominated audio engineering, TELLY, WAMMIES, Viddy, and more.
Steven’s expertise includes live, virtual, hybrid event production, A/V Broadcast System design, installation, and post-production services.
Under his direct leadership he has spearheaded several broadcast system upgrades from 720p to 4k, while creating preventive maintenance programs, and systems management protocols.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and an Associates of Science in Multimedia Design, Steven combines technical knowledge with artistic acumen. He is proficient in software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools, vMix, NDI, and others. He is well-versed in field, remote, digital, virtual and hybrid broadcast and production environments.
Whether managing complex live productions, upgrading broadcast infrastructure, or mentoring the next generation of media professionals, Steven brings a passion for excellence, innovation, and creativity to every project.

"Princeton Tymus is a photographer, artist, educator, and entrepreneur based in Washington D.C. He has over 15 years of experience photographing individuals and events, including weddings, corporate events, and personal branding sessions. He has published editorials and online publications, and holds a degree in Photographic Imaging.
In addition to his photography career, Princeton has worked as an art teacher and is passionate about supporting his community and students.
